It has been decided that the Demographic & Evaluation Cell of State Family Welfare Bureau will compile the monthly performance report (HMIS report) of different programmes under RCH within 20th of every month. Within 20th of each month, the DE cell will place the report before the Jt. DHS, FW. The Jt. DHS, FW will analyse and evaluate the report with the help of programme officers and will share the report with Principal Secretary, Dept, of H & FW, DHS, Commissioner FW and SFWO. Then the compiled report will be analysed and evaluated at State level in presence of DHS, SFWO, Jt. DHS (FW) on 25th of every month. All the State level programme officers of RCH will be present in this meeting. Monthly feedback will be given to all CMOH, Dy. CMOH-III, and DFWO, Kolkata for taking necessary action if required. Therefore the CMOHs and Dy. CMOH-III are requested to ensure that the HMIS reports are checked and verified before sending to State/GOI within the 15th of every month.
Henceforth, it has been decided that a monthly review meeting will also be held on last Saturday of every month with Dy. CMOH-III, DSM of all districts.
Meeting with the state level programme officers on 25th and monthly meeting with the Dy. CMOH-III and DSM will start from June, 2013.
