MEMORANDUM
The auspicious Rathayatra festival is being celebrated tomorrow, the 23rd June 2020 (Tuesday). This year, under the unprecedented situation arising out of outbreak of COVID-19, it is advisable for the employees to avoid crowd and maintain social distancing while taking part in the festival.
Hence, in order to enable the employees to observe the auspicious occasion and to pay obeisance to the Lord while at home, it has been decided that all State Government Offices, Educational Institutions, Urban and Local Bodies, Corporations, Undertakings and other Grant-in-Aid Institutions under the control of Government of West Bengal shall remain closed tomorrow, the 23rd June 2020.
