MEMORANDUM
Subject: Implementation of digital signature (OTP-Based Signature Facility) using PIN/ OTP Facility in the Unified Project Management System (UPMS) Portal
The Unified Project Management System (UPMS) portal for monitoring of projects (including tracking annual physical and financial progress) throughout their life cycle, from initiation to completion of the project, has been developed, and the domain upms.wb.gov.in has been live online since 03-05-2023, as per Government Order No. 3580-F(Y) dated 31-05-2023.
Now, the OTP-Based Signature Facility in the Technical Sanction page has been made available in the UPMS Portal for all projects. Henceforth, all stakeholders are requested to ensure that the Technical Sanctions for all upcoming projects are issued using Digital Signature (OTP-Based Signature Facility) through the UPMS portal.
This order will take immediate effect in the interest of public service.
