Re: Inclusion of Books in the booklist and related matter
It is notified for information to all concerned that all the affiliated schools under WBBSE are to include the following books published by the WBBSE and WBPBE (for class – V) in their Booklists without fail.
The Heads of the institutions are requested to take necessary action to ensure that those books are included for studies in different classes of the recognized schools of the WBBSE from the academic year 2013 (w.e.f. 01.01.2013).

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has published some new books for class VII in the academic year 2013 as per recommendation of the Expert committee School Education Department namely, i) Sahitya Mela (Bengali Text), ii) Maku (Bengaly Sahayika), iii) Blossoms (English Test Books), iv) Atit O Aitijya (History) and Amader Prithbi (Geography).
Curriculum and Syllabi for the above mentioned books, newly published by the WBBSE, of Class VII shall be shortly uploaded in the Board’s Website (www.wbbse.org).
In this connection it may kindly be noted that Books on other subjects of Board’s publication have remained unchanged for the classes IX & X.
