Sir/madam,
This is to inform you that the department of Youth Services, Government of West Bengal has decided to organize the West Bengal State Youth Science Fair, 2014 like previous year, involving the students of schools, colleges and universities from all over the state in collaboration with this Department, School Education Department, West Bengal State Council Of Science & Technology and BITM (National Council of Science Museum, Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
The exact date and venue of the District Level Science Fair will be fixed by the District Level Fair Organizing Committee to be chaired by the concerned District Magistrates. The state Level Science Fair will be held at Netaji Indoor Sadium, Kolkata during September, 10th – 12th, 2014 and District Level Science Fair, 2014 will be held at BITM, Kolkata on 1st – 2nd September, 2014. Therefore, all the college authorities are hereby directed to ensure the participation of the students of the Government-aided colleges in the West Bengal Youth Science Fair, 2014.
