Sub: Formation and functioning of the existing Managing Committee of Schools converted into Government Sponsored Schools.
With reference to the subject noted above you are requested to maintain following points in this regard-
(1) Please find the enclosure regarding list of schools converted into sponsored schools district wise.
(2) The Managing Committee existed for the aided school on 30.09.2013 will continue and act for the sponsored school till the new committee is formed under the rule of Sponsored Schools.
(3) The Head Master will inform the Managing Committee to continue functioning of the Sponsored Schools and account operation will be continued by the said committee of the earstwhile aided school.
It has also been discussed in the last meeting held that where the administrators will continue functioning till the new committee is formed.
