NOTIFICATION
In compliance of the order of the competent authority all Heads of the Madrasahs are hereby notified that the entire West Bengal is going through heat wave like condition for lack of rain for days together except in hill areas.
In the above circumstances you are advised to take necessary steps to shift all day sessions to morning sessions in Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary, and Fazil (Higher Secondary) levels under the control of West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education without compromising intended learning teaching with immediate effect and should be continued up to 22.05.2022.
Suitable guidelines on heat wave as issued by Health & Family Welfare Department and Disaster Management Department, Government of West Bengal shall be followed.
The Covid 19 norms as issued from the Government from time to time should be followed as usual.
For ready reference a time schedule is given below for compliance.
