Subject: Humble Appeal for preventive measure against the ongoing extreme heat wave.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above, you are aware that most of the districts of West Bengal is currently under the sway of severe heat wave and it is also predicted to continue over the next two days [26th and 27th April 2022]. As Class XI Annual Examination & Higher Secondary Examination 2022 will be conducted over next two days, you are requested to take following measures for the interest of the candidates:
- To ensure uninterrupted power supply during the examination.
- Uninterrupted supply of clean drinking water in all the venues.
- Adequate ORS to be kept for emergency purpose in all the venues.
- To facilitate instant basic medical attention to sick candidate(s) under heat wave condition.
Hope you will do the needful to avert any untoward incident during this heat wave for smooth execution of Higher Secondary Examination 2022.
