Sub: Revision of rates for supply/ sale of mouza maps to the State/ Central Government departments etc.
Ref: Your office Memo. No. 60/782/D/2015 dated 21.12.2015 and No. 50/36/D/2015 dated 27.01.2016
After further consideration of your proposal for revision of rates of mouza maps for sale/ supply to the State/ Central Government departments and others, I am directed to communicate the revised rates of the same in partial modification of the rates contained in Memo. no. 84-LP/5M-33/15 dated 08.01.2015 and No. 4509-S&S/07/11 dated 15.07.2011 of this department, as follows:

| 1 | Supply/ sale of hard copy of mouza maps. | Rs. 50/- per sheet | For pure State Government Departments. |
| 2 | Supply/ sale of hard copy of mouza maps. | Rs. 150/- per sheet | Central and State Government undertakings, Central Government Departments, individuals and all others. |
| 3 | Supply/ sale of soft copy of mouza maps. | Free of cost (only DVDs will have to provided by the concerned department) | For pure State Government Departments if no budgetary provision/ fund in this regard is available with the concerned department. |
| 4 | Supply/ sale of soft copy of mouza maps | Rs. 520/- per sheet | State Government undertakings/ organizations and Central Government Departments. |
| 5 | Supply/ sale of soft copy or mouza maps. | Rs. 1020/- per sheet | For Central Government undertakings/ organizations and private parties. |
In respect of supply of soft copy of mouza maps to the State Government departments (where no budgetary provision for the purpose is available), the same may be supplied in pdf form free of cost. However, an officer in the rank of Joint Secretary should give undertaking regarding the purpose for the use of such maps and also ensure that the same is not misused by any private agencies. The departments concerned should also be requested to share the soft and hard copies of value-added final maps generated by them.
