Sir,

I am directed to request to inform you that the Department has decided to renew the applications made by the State Government Employees from 01.01.2000 to 31.12.2011 for allotment of flats in different Rental Housing States (RHEs) under the control of this Department and also for renewal of license issued upto 30^th June, 2009 from this end for the occupants residing in different RHEs under the control of this Department. The Notification to this effect is being published in leading Bengali, English and Hindi newspapers through the Information & Cultural Affairs Department. A copy of the same is enclosed.

Therefore, I am further directed to request you to make necessary arrangements for circulation of the Notification among the employees under the control of your Department for their knowledge and necessary action from their end.

১) পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের আবাসন দপ্তর তার অধীন রেন্টাল হাউসিং এস্টেটগুলিতে ফ্ল্যাট বিতরণের প্রক্রিয়া ত্বরাণ্বিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে রেন্টাল হাউসিং এস্টেটে ফ্ল্যাট পাবার জন্য যে সমস্ত রাজ্য সরকারী কর্মচারী ০১।০১।২০০০ থেকে ৩১।১২।২০১১ তারিখের মধ্যে দরখাস্ত জমা দিয়েছেন তারা যেন তাদের দরখাস্তগুলি ৩১।০৭।২০১২ তারিখের মধ্যে পুনরনবীকরণ করেন। অন্যথায় তাদের পূর্বেকার আবেদন পত্রগুলি বাতিল বলে গন্য করা হবে। মূল আবেদন পত্রের রসিদ দেখিয়ে পুনরনবীকরণের আবেদন পত্র আবাসন বিভাগ (আবন্টন শাখা), নব-মহাকরণ (দ্বিতীয়তল), ১, কে এস রায় রোড, কোলকাতা – ১ থেকে পাওয়া যাবে।

২) এই দপ্তর তার অধীন রেন্টাল হাউসিং এস্টেট গুলিতে বসবাসকারী আবাসিকদের কম্পুটারাইজড তালিকা পরিমারজনের জন্য উদ্যগী হয়েছে। এই উদ্দেশ্যে রেন্টাল হাউসিং এস্টেটে বসবাসকারী আবাসিকদের জানানো হচ্ছে যে, তারা ৩০।০৬।২০০৯ বা তার পূরবে লাইসেন্স প্রাপ্ত হয়েছেন, তারা যেন ৩১।০৭।২০১২ এর মধ্যে তাদের লাইসেন্সগুলি পূনরনবীকরণ করেন। অন্যথায় তাদের পূরবেকার লাইসেন্সগুলি বাতিল বলে গন্য হবে। লাইসেন্স পূনরনবীকরণের আবেদনপত্র আবাসন বিভাগ (আবন্টন শাখা), নব-মহাকরণ (দ্বিতীয়তল), ১, কে এস রায় রোড, কোলকাতা – ১ থেকে পাওয়া যাবে।

এ প্রসঙ্গে প্রকাশিত পূর্বোক্ত বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি পরিমার্জিত করা হল।
