Sir,
Kindly refer to Letter No. 292(3)-SSE/ 16 dated 09.04.2016 where it was advised to keep classes suspended for adverse weather condition. You are now requested to inform all schools that they may open school for students on 16th and 17th May, 2016. On these two days, school syllabus may be explained in detail. Schedule of the summative and formative evaluation may be informed to the students and you may suitably advise the schools regarding appropriate schedule for the same.
There after, you are requested to bring forward the summer holidays to commence from 19th May, 2016.
You are requested to inform all concerned for necessary action.
