All required medicines shall be provided to all pregnant women at the time of discharge from the health facility itself, so that they do not have to incur any out of pocket expenditure.
All hospitals within the territory of the State of West Bengal either run by or registered with the Govt of W.B. shall provide first-aid or medical treatment, free of cost, to the victims of Court.
Govt health facilities/units will provide full course of medicine to the patients as per prescription provided by the attending physician in the OPD at the time of/during the first visit at Govt hospital & also at emergency department.
