Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011

An Act to provide for the establishment of a Gorkhaland Territorial Administration for the region comprising Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kurseong and some mouzas of Siliguri sub-division.

Employees of Darjeeling and Kalimpong will get Special CL

All employees including those of GTA and Government Aided Institutions who attended office during the entire period of bandh will get 15 days’ Special Casual Leave.
