Higher Education
Designated Officers, Appellate Officers and Reviewing Officers are responsible to render the services under stipulated time limit under Section 3 of West Bengal Right to Public Services Act, 2013.
Finance
No suo motu disclosure under R T I Act is made. Copy of Circulars/ Orders issued from Audit Branch are sent to R.T.I. Cell. However, it will be sent to the concerned Joint Secretary/ Deputy Secretary of Finance Department for uploading in the Departmental Website.
Law
Any of the Officers below the rank of the Secretary can draw disciplinary proceeding against the offending Employee and to submit his report to the Secretary for consideration. The Secretary in his turn is authorized to punish the offending employee if the charge is substantiated beyond doubt.
Higher Secondary Education
The candidate has to apply as per the stipulated norms of application under RTI Act, 2005 within 100 days from the date of publication of H.S Result of that year to the concerned SPIO.
School Education
To ensure Access, Enrolment, Quality Education and Retention of learner up to Elementary Level. To minimize the Dropout Rate of the learner and to facilitate enrolment to all the children of age group 6+ to 14+ in School.
PAR
Application to the State Public Information Officer shall be accompanied with a court-fee or a non-Judicial Stamp paper or by Demand Draft of rupees ten.
