Dear WBXPRESS I’m repeating the query i’v asked you on a personal msg last week. I’m completing 10 years on 17th November, my joining date is 18.11.02. Now when will i get my additional increment? Your reply was on 1st November but i’v doubt as per no.181-SE /09 dtd 08.10.09.
Further i want to let you that Our grp-D has completed her 18 yrs on nov, 2010, she was awarded her additional increment on 1st july, 2011. Was it right? Plz clarify clearly, thank you.June 26, 2012 at 5:01 pm #72945AnonymousInactiveYou will get an additional increment on 18.11.2012. Any confusion raised in G.O. No. 181-SE /09 dtd 08.10.09 is further clarified vide Memo No. 30-SE /5B-1/2009 dated 10.02.2010. (I am sorry if I had said it was 01.11.12).
Any Teaching or Non Teaching staff upon completion of 10 years satisfactory service is awarded an additional increment on the date of joining if it is between 1st july to 1st january, and a normal annual increment in the coming july.
Similarly if the date of joining is between 2nd january to 30th june, it is a beneficial for the employee to get two increments in the next july. one increment is for annual normal increment and another increment for 10 years service. The increment calculation for the second one is based on the basic arrived after normal increment.
Sorry to say that the pay fixation was erroneous for the employee.
I hope I am clear now. For any further discussion please feel free to discuss. Thank you.June 26, 2012 at 5:36 pm #72946AnonymousInactiveOur grp-D has completed her 18 yrs on nov, 2010, she was awarded her additional increment on 1st july, 2011. Was it right?
It was not right. She should get the additional increment on November,2010 and date of next increment (annual) should be on 1st July,2011. You may/should disclose her the fact and tell her to file an application for rectifying the same. I hope you will gladly help her in this regard otherwise she will face severe problems in future.
