Hello , i want to know what is the important of private firm experience. as in my case i have mentioned experience at the time of interview but post not required that experience even it is not of relevant field. so is it necessary to show it in attestation form or my basic qualification is sufficient in attestation form as per advertisement of recruitment.
As you said the experience is not necessary and not relevant to the post then i think it is not mandatory to show it. however if you please tell a little more about the advertisement we could better understand.
Hi nemo: I mean to say there is one post either Manager or Sr. Manager as per advertisement they said for Manager qualification is MBA and for Sr. Manager MBA with 3 year experience. i had shown my 3 year exp. of private firm at the time of interview but that is not relevant to their field. they recommend me for post of Manager. So Do i need to mentioned my experience in their Attestation form (Central Govt. Job.). Is it ok with my MBA degree.Everything is authentic but i dont want to use my past exp. which is not helpful. and one more doubt is if i not show my exp. will they ask me why 3 year gap after MBA. what to do? should i show it or not?
I think you should show your experience irrespective of relevancy of the same in the attestation form. Otherwise, it may be treated as suppression of facts; although the chance is rare. Why to take such risk?
