B.Ed admission notice in Burdwan University

Today in the newspaper Karmasangsthan, I saw a notice for admission in 84 colleges under Burdwan University. I then checked the University website but could not find any such notice. If anyone forwards me information regarding this advertisement, it will be very helpful.

Is a there any compulsory provision that if an A.T persues b.ed as a deputed candidate, she has to sign a declaration that she cannot join another service apart from this school for at least 3 years.

The following G.O. says so. I am posting both the G.O. and the Agreement form that the teacher will have to fill in before going on deputation. Remember, the agreement is mandatory.
