Mr. x joined the service on 01-07-2007. He was on unauthorised absence from 02-08-14 to 28-04-2019.
now the order has been issued as “Leave for [size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]unauthorised [size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]absence of [size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]M[/font][/size][size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]r. x from [size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]02-08-14 to 28[/font][/size][size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]-04-20[/font][/size][size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]1[/font][/size][size=small][font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]9 would not be granted ,there by entailing loss of pay for the period in question and break in service in terms of rule 34(3)(iii) of WBSR, Part-I”[/font][/size][/font][/size][/font][/size][/font][/size]
