Can I get higher pay scale ?

I have got the Permission of MC of the school for obtaining my PG in 2009. But the MC did not forwarded the resolution to the DI (South 24 PGS). I have been appointed in PASS category. I have completed my PG with 1st class in 2012.
However I am taking Higher Secondary classes in relevant subject (class XI-XII) since 2005 and appointed as an Examiner of Higher Secondary Board since 2007. May I get higher pay scale?A pass graduate teacher is not eligible to get higher pay on enhancement of qualification, as restricted by the sections 14(1) & 14(2) of the Control of Expenditure Act,2005. আমি সংস্কৃত-বিএ পাস-এ ২০/০৪/২০০৫ তারিখে চাকরি তে যোগ দিই মাধ্যমিক স্কুলে ।কিন্তু আমার ওই সময় সংস্কৃত এম এ, ছিল ।২০১২ সালে আমার স্কুল উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিক হয় এবং পর্ষদ সংস্কৃত বিষয় টি কে অনুমোদন করেন ।এখন আমি উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিক সংস্কৃত পড়াই ,কিন্তু উচ্চ-মাধ্যমিকে সংস্কৃত বিষয় টি-র জন্য কোন পদ অনুমোদন হয় নি ।আমি স্কুলে সংস্কৃত বিষয়ে একা । আমি কি উচ্চ বেতন ক্রম পেতে পারি ? যদি পাই তাহলে কি ভাবে ? আমাকে এ বিষয় সাহায্য করুন।
