I enrolled in WBP on 16th Oct 1996. My DOB is 01.10.1961 and will retire on 30.09.2021. I am due to get 25 yrs. benefit after completion of 25 yrs. but the criteria is not fulfilled due to less 01 day. Am I eligible to get 25 yrs. benefit? If so please give the rules and notification if any.

Have joined in 2003 as assistant professor stage 1(AGP 6000) in university services.
Completed PhD in 2010.
What would be the time to associate professor i.e. stage 4.

Sir,
I am a WB state govt. employee (Group B), servicing from 1999 August. I have only enjoyed 8yrs. benifit as career advancement scheme at august 2007. Next when can I get advantage of Career Advancement Scheme under WBS (ROPA) Rules ?
Please give direction in detail.

An employee appointed in the scale of pay Rs.3350-6325/- (ROPA-98) and got CAS benefit on completion of 8 years of service and subsequently promoted in the pay scale of Rs.4000-8850/-, so whether the concerned employee will eligible to get benefit as per sub-rule IV of 2 of GO no.-3015-F dated 13/03/2001.
Please give direction.

I am an employee of Sericulture Dept.W.B.
Date of Joining-31/7/1990,
Got 1st CAS benefit after 10yrs,with 1st higher scale got 2nd CAS benefit after 16yrs with 2nd higher scale and got functional promotion on 18 yrs and got only one increment as fixation benefit no scale upliftment. as I have already reached the present promotional scale then.
Now I am on the eve of my 25 yrs of service .
Will I get the 25 yrs CAS benefit in full with increment and 3rd higher scale ?

Notify me of followup comments via e-mail. I have joined in the West Bengal Comprehensive Area Development Corporation, 6-A, Raja Subodh Mullick Sqr. Kolkata-700013 on 16./08/1979 as a Grade-C employee in the scale of pay 230-425/- . Later on , subsequently I got first higher scale w.e.f.01/04/1990 i.e.Ten Years CAS and 2nd Higher scale w.e.f 01/04/2000 i.e.Twenty Years CAS vide Govt Order no.6075 -F dt.21/06/1990 corresponding WBCADC Order No.000/001/16(P)/1957(70) dt.24/12/1999 and Memo No.000/001/16(P)/2071(25) dt 07/01/2000 . But tiill today I have not got 25years benefit in the Modified C AS ( i.e 8-16-25). vide G.O. No3015-F dt.13/03/2001 though I have got no promotion in my service life. Please let me know whether I shall get the MCAS or not. If not then why not.

Date of joining is must required to calculate CAS benefits instead taking Date of birth…..
