Before 7 yrs, a person had joined in a post of Dy Director in the deptt of Micro & SSE, Govt of West Bengal. Now he is getting the promotion in the post of Jt Director. But the scale of Jt Director is same as the scale of Dy Director, in this Deptt. As he is not getting any financial benefit in this promotion, will he get CAS benefit after 1 yr of getting the Jt Director promotion, i.e. after 8 yrs from joining in the Deptt as Dy Director, will he get CAS benefit? Pl clarify it with document of rules? its urgent………..

I think that, logically he should get the CAS benefit as he is not getting financial benefit in Jt Director Promotion (Though the responsibility is higher in Jt Director post but the Scale of Dy Director & Jt Director is same here). A person , after getting promotion , automatically joins a new service [ eg. from Deptt of Land & Land Reforms ( WBCS Group C ) to WBCS Executive ]. Will his 8-16-25 years CAS will start afresh from the date of joining in his new service ?

Almost all Forest Rangers of India are Gazetted and drawing in15 no scale. But why they are in 10 no scale in West Bengal and non Gazetted? Rangers Forum wants to known why? We are going to court for justice. Rangers are more educated than BDOs and more efficient also then why they are drawing less?

Subsequently i was selected as Program coordinator in the pay scale of 15600-39100 AGP-8000. Now i joined as joined as Assistant proessor in state agricultural university in Pay scale of 15,600-39,100 AGP-6000. Will my previous service 13 years considered for CAS at State Agricultural University after probation declared. I have worked in UGC scales at both places. Please respond me.

When you are going to court for justice, then the question of drawing scale no. 15 on the part of the Rangers of West Bengal Govt. doesn’t arise at all. I think that Mr. Mondal is a Range Officer of West Bengal Govt. In replying, it can be said that all the Rangers are not efficient having their sufficient educational background than BDOs; similarly, all the BDOs are not inefficient than a Ranger. And lastly, it can be added that ” Some of the Rangers are well educated and efficient than the BDOs and similarly some of the BDOs are diligent and efficient having their limited educational background than the Rangers.”

Sir my friend is working in forest department in the post of DR/Fr. he completed 8 years without any promotion and got 8 years benefit and moved in next higher scale of Rs 3600-7050/- revised by ropa 2009 as PB-2 Rs. 5400-25200,G.pay 2900.
Now he has completed 16 years of with out any promotion he is entitled to move to next higher scale as per GO.no.3015-F dt. 13.03.2001 but the office is saying he will get only 3% fixation benefit but the grade pay will remain the same as no further movement in the scale as per ROPA Rule 2009,Col. 11, Note 3.

I joined in Finance (Audit) Department in the year December,1996 as a P.A. After completion of 5 years satisfactory service, my service had been break during the period from 2002-10th April, 2011 due to severe mental illness and again I join 11th April, 2011 and continuing my service more than 3 years. Already I have completed 8 years service on July, 2013 calculating my previous 5 years service. May I entitle to get CAS 2001 benefit ? kindly respond it quickly.
without any promotion I complete sixteen years on April-14 and I am entitled to move to next higher scale as per GO. no. 3015-F . but office saying I will get incremental benefit and grade pay effect from July-14. why not getting the effect from April-14 so clear about it
