    Sir,
I am a State Govt.Employee (Deputy Ranger/Forester serving under Divisional Forest Officer,Burdwan Division, in the Directorate of Forests, Govt.of West Bengal)and am a beneficiary of WBHS’08.
I have been suffering from Diabetes Melitus (Type-2)fully dependent on Insulin and am under treatment for a long time under Dr.Sujan Sarkar,MD. of CAMRI/Burdwan(an Empanelled Hospital under WBHS’08 Code No.0411021). As per his prescription I have been continuing intake of Insulin 3times per day, Injection-Insugen 70:30/Novomix 70:30-20units before breakfast, 20units before Tiffin(Evening), Injection-Lantus 26unit after dinner)to avoid devoloping diabetes complicacy & proper glycaemic control & to avoid crisis in my survival.
The query is whether a diabetic patient like me fully dependent on Insulin (Type-2) is entitled for reimbursement as per WBHS’08 or not?
