Sree,your post will b confirmed/permanent after retention. has your H.M. been submitted relevant papers for retention?no teacher/staff either in permanent/additional post can enjoy m.l. in first year of service except in some considerable cases(g.o. no.2327/04/G dtd.11.06.04),leave must b sanctioned by m.c.after completion 1 yr all kind of leaves accrued to your account could b enjoyed by you.in additional post u could enjoy leave in urgent cases also….it all depends!in school u should b always alert specially in case of rules,service books,p.f.subscriptions,tax etc.b enthusiastic in every aspect whether it is duties or responsibilities,best wishes.
