Counting of Service Benefits like Earned Leave and Medical Leave

You are entitled to get all the service benefits drawn from your erstwhile service if that was also a govt. aided university. In this regard, your past service would be considered as pensionable service in addition to your present service provided your past service was also under GPF cum Grauity cum Pension scheme. Moreover, you would be entitled to get pay fixation benefit as per WBSR 42 A (1). In respect of Earned Leave you would get encashment equivalent to the leave at credit and the same be informed to your present employer so that the leave encashed thereupon may be deducted from the final balance at the time of your retirement in your new job in the Agricultural University.
