Being an HOI (TIC of higher secondary school) what should I do if any employee remain absent form his duty only on 29.11.2016 violating the order vide No 6103-F(p) dated 26.11.2016 in respect of recent strike on 28.11.2016 , Where no leave shall be granted to any employee on the general strike day i.e 28.
11.2016 and the next working day after the general strike day i.e 29.11.2016 as per the mentioned order.
You need to do nothing by yourself. If reports of attendance on those days is asked for by the DDO (DIs/AIs) , just provide the same to him and wait for further order from him. If no such order is issued by the DDO, you may allow your employee a days CL or ML for that particular day. This is my personal opinion, anyway.
