Book Grant @ Rs. 250/- per student will be allotted as per number of class-wise students according to U-DISE submitted to respective Circle Project Coordinator SI/S(SE) by the Madrasahs. #1. Whether both of the book grant of Rs250 & free book from SSA are given to students of recognised Madrasah or anyone of the two is given to students. Plz clarify asap.
#2. The circular says that the books shall be provided as per the u-dise record. But RTE act talks about UEE and talks not to leave a single of 6-14 yrs outside the school. So many of students aren’t from the same school but they were newly admitted to the Madrasah. So, how it’s possible for a Madrasah to provide data for those newly admitted students. Hence we can conclude that no book shall be provided to those new students. Please check this circular with RTE act & Universalisation of Elementary Education (UEE) projected by Govt. of India & state Government as well.
