Sub: Distribution of Free Text Books upto class VIII in the year 2015 as per U-DISE
Sir,
I am directed to state that SSA authority clearly informed this Board, the Book Grant @ Rs. 250/- per student will be allotted as per number of class-wise students according to U-DISE submitted to respective Circle Project Coordinator SI/S(SE) by the Madrasahs. Therefore Free Text Books will be allotted to Madrasahs according to U-DISE.
So you are requested to send a copy of U-DISE to the Board for arrangement of Free Text Books.
It further be noted that only U-DISE will be accepted to determine the class-wise number of students and the Free Text Books will be distributed according to that numbers.
It is very very urgent.
