In the recently concluded school games at Baranagar, West Bengal on 10th Nov’2013. My son Sh Swapnil sarkar was a deserving candidate in under 14 years category. his date of birth is 17.10.2000, his present is 13 yeras one month , he is studying at class V-III in St Xaviers School at Haldia. He was not allowed to play games on the plea that some hair grows in his armpit. His original birth certificates were produced, still he was delared medicically unfit because of some hairs in armpit, The concern dedical officer was arrogant and he was not listening to anything. No medical science in the world can prove that my son was avove 14 years on 10th Nov 2013. I want to know what is the exact rule of games and any action shall be taken against the concerned medical officer who has declared my son avobe 14 years based on his whims and fancy. what happened that day with my son Swapnil was totally disheartening and de-moralising.
