What is the new rule about ZONAL COUNCIL FOR SCHOOL GAMES AND SPORTS ? Sub-divisional council has been already formed. Should zonal council be dissolved ? Jalpaiguri district council insisting zonal council to carry on . Zonal council collects funds from school as affiliation and subscription and paying to district council 70% share. Sub-divisional council is inactive. Please reply.
