I joined as a primary teacher in january 2014 and left the service in september 2015 to join another service out of wb gov. My department did not give me neither my GPF no nor the GPF statement. During that service period the department deducted Rs. 7000.00 total. My appointing authority as much reluctant to help me. How to recover and withdraw my GPF amount. Please help me..

If a Gr-D employee, after retirement is found to have received overpayment of GPF, what will be the head of account through which that retired Gr-D employee deposit that overpayment amount through TR-7?

My relative is an in service school teacher. She got a transfer in 2015, but till date hasn’t received her PF transferred from previous school to new one. Unlawfully that has been kept withheld by the school authority. What to do to release the amount with interest? Who will pay the interest for the entire term it is inactive?

I joined in the govt service on 24.12.2018 as PDO. I am released from the post in order to join my new appointment as DAD Consumer Affairs. Therefore I joined my new post as DAD on 21.11.2019. As I have not yet applied for GPF now I have completed one year of govt service if I consider 24.12.2018 as the date of joining to the govt service. In this situation, can I apply for GPF no of shall I have to wait for another year as I have joined as DAD on 21.11.2019?

you don’t need a new GPF account. you can continue the same account. that’s better.
