Officially, there hasn’t been any Notification regarding general Transfer on Special Ground for the Assistant Teachers till now. Although the same for the Librarians and H.M.s has already been done away with.
But, is that ‘official’? Have those teachers applied through the competent authorities like the DIs, or AIs and the WBRSSC (the recommendation authority with due permission of the school MC?
But it’s already being started and many teachers had applied for this.
As of now you can submit your application with proper documents as has been specified in General Transfer Rules. But the forwarding and recommendations will be done after due notification is published, as @sourishjal mentioned in his post.

I dont know the mystery, dear, as we discussed it before. Anyway, let those lucky persons who have already availed the facility come here and share the mystery for the benifit of all, especially for those who really needs it.
