    Yes you can withdraw 75% of your PF balance at the end of last completed financial year as non-refundable PF Advance , if you have completed 15 years of continuous service or your date of Superannuation falls within the coming 10 years.

    Sir,I have completed 15 years of continuous service. Now I want to draw non refundable GPF advance for reconstruction of my dwelling house.But actually my dwelling house owner is my wife.My question is can I draw non refundable GPF advance for this house which is my wife’s name?
    please answer my above question as soon possible and obliged me.

    Sir, I have completed 15 yrs.of continuous service. Now I want to apply for non refundable gpf advance for reconstruction of my dwelling house. But my wife is actual owner of this house where I am dwelling. Can I draw the non refundable gpf advance from my gpf account for this said home. It is very urgent to me to know about this matter. Please inform and obliged me.

    Yes, you can as you do not need to submit any papers related to the ownership of the house. Only an application in plain paper will do the job.
