This is for your kind information that I am Sri Partha Pratim Biswas son of Late Bibhuti Kumar Biswas (Father) and Smt Nilima Biswas (Mother) my wife Late Jagolila Biswas (Halder) was a head teacher of Sripati Sikhaniketan Junior Basic School of North Nowdapara, Ariadaha, P.S.-Belghoria, Kolkata-700057 at Kamarhati Circle. My wife Late Jagolila Biswas (Halder) expired on 26.08.2012. Family Particulars Report of the deceased member Jagolila Biswas (Halder): Husband-Sri Partha Pratim Biswas Son-Sri Anindya Biswas and Daughter-Miss Anindita Biswas. I am submitted Provident Fund, Pension and Gratuity papers to Kamarhati Circle office on April’ – 2013. But The District Inspector of Schools,Government of West Bengal, Office of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), 2/1, Vivekananda Road, Champadali More, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700124 only forwarded Family Pension papers to The Director, Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Purta Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091 vide your Memo No. 1556/1(2) Pen. Dated 17.01.2014. I disappointed to say that till now 15 months passed over but you did not forward my Provident Fund and Gratuity papers to The Director, Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Purta Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091

The District Inspector of Schools,Government of West Bengal, Office of the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), 2/1, Vivekananda Road, Champadali More, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700124 Family Pension papers forwarded to The Director, Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Purta Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091 vide your Memo No. 1556/1(2) Pen. Dated 17.01.2014. But I disappointed to say that up to till date six months passed over but you have not been disburse of my Family Pension.
