Half C.L. for the Teachers.

Actually we should not forget the 3rd law of Sir Isaac Newton. The two years child care leave recently introduced by the Govt is a nice example. Now we can feel the worse part of it when we see a Superintendent of Hospital struggling before the litigant public due to insufficiency of Stuff Nurse. Though I personally Support the H.C.L. for every department and all category of Stuff as the same will not affect much to the controlling authority. @Taru, I liked the word “partner” and I also like to see you as an active member of our community. Of course the female teachers should get some relaxations due to the reason as you said.

Partner. I know the fact that Half Day Casual Leave is legal to the West Bengal Govt Employees but Judicial Department is out of that. I shall try to show you the relivant rules.
