Our HM has started a novel way to harrass some of the teachers of the school. Recently he has issued a showcause notice to teachers like me. Whenever any teacher objects his wrongdoings and doesn’t behave according to his whims, he tries to find out different ways to tightlip him//her. Once the session is over, results of all classes are out, admissions to new classes in new session are over and the session has kicked off in full swing, the HM has started to re-examine and scrutinise all the examined answer scripts of class IX of the targeted teachers and has alleged in writing the over marking, under marking, wrong marking of the teachers like me. He has sought explanations within seven days for the same. Since all the subject teachers have to evaluate as many as 700 to 800 answer scripts per class in each terminal exam, they have to check the papers within a very short period. Consequently, human errors are inevitable despite exercising extra cautions in evaluation. The HM in a meeting had asked us to evaluate papers liberally to expedite the process of pass percentage of the school. Is it not that the HM has intentionally unpacked the answer scripts to harrass the targetted teacher? What is the logic of doing so after the publication of the result? How to combat him? Any G.Os to set him correct? Pleasr help.
I suggest, you also harass your HM by RTI in any point of negligence like leave register/mid-day meal/audit/construction of classroom using grant/book grant/service book/delay of pension case etc.or violating any concern order.

Before doing anything I suggest you all to be moderate and conservative a bit, and think about what might happen to you as well in future. There exist many ways to deal with problems. Sometimes the simplest one serves the miracle.
