@sourishjal You are absolutely right. Most of the DI/s refuses to accept the prayer of such cases and some, after receiving the prayers, send to the Cold Storage for unending times. May be they also have unofficial pressure not to give such permission after the THE WEST BENGAL SCHOOLS (CONTROL OF EXPENDITURE) ACT, 2005. But ultimately, we have nothing to do.
Dear @A_Mallik, At least before your admission a copy of M.C. permission with resolution must submit to the D.I. office and take received copy from receiving section for your safety and as future measures. I think, you will not get the permission from the DI. You may get it(permission), if you declared that you will not claimed the higher scale after completion of the PG degree.

same problem here . i already got m.c permission (resolution copy) and in letter format along with a copy forwarded to DI . but in my district DI didn’t received it and he says that he will not give me the permission. if you want to do masters then do at your own risk , after completion you will not get scale without court case. is there any way ?
I am an assistant Teacher (H/PG category) admitted in M.Sc course in relevant subject (Distance Education) before joining as Assistant Teacher. I applied for permission and special leave to ADI through HM for M.SC 1st year examination. MC give permission to me and HM send a resolution copy and a application to ADI. I completed M.SC degree and then applied for PG scale TO ADI through HM. But no response from ADI.Can I get PG Scale?? Please reply.
