Hello… I just got job and in salary package HRA is 4500 and conveyance allowance is 1600. Bt if i don’t live on rent, they will give this allowance? Or if i stay on rent somewhere, whether i have to show rent agreement or i will just get it in hand without hurdles a part of salary?
As you are getting HRA now, you will also get HRA if you live on rent subject to a maximum of 4500 per month. If rent is less you are likely to get less HRA. You will get conveyance allowance as usual.
For that i have to show proof? Rent agreement?.. Actually I’m living with my family… On rent of 7000
