HRA for spouse while only one is availing quarter…

1. Husband and wife posted at 166 km distance
2. Husband is availing quarter and not drawing HRA
3. Wife not getting quarter and residing in rented house
………. can the wife draw HRA??? If so, what is the procedure ??
Please give the relvant GO.

Thanks for your reply…. But in the thread, the GO regarding distance is not there. Can anyone upload the GO please???
