      Please give me the information that whether I need the B.Ed degree or not . Because I am an Assistant Teacher in Work Education (Pass) subject for 3 years and my qualification is B.Tech (4 Years ) in Computer Science & Engineering.

        you are a B.Tech and a asst.teacher of work education…….how could it be possible? had you appointed as work education teacher or you are doing the job as per class distribution? in case of first option you must have done B.Ed degree with work education as a method subject?? if yes then you need not do the degree again but in case of second one you must need to do the degree.

          Every teacher must be trained withing 5 yrs from the date of joining in service. Teachers like you, who were appointed in Work Education subject but without B.ed should acquire B.ed degree (regular/distance) mode. Otherwise your annual increment will be stopped after getting 4 in numbers. You must enroll yourself for ODL B.ed course in very next batch.
