If an A.T. fails in B.Ed course then how will his increment date differ? What is the G.O. regarding this problem?

The following quote from G.O. No. 982/Sc/G dated 7.3.68 may be relevant to your query.

It may be noted that a teacher whose deputation was approved on a previous occasion but who had failed at the B.T. Examination shall not be eligible for further deputation.
