let me know what we have to do if there is a chance of misuse of the Act by the SCs and STs to threaten and blackmail other communities (In Karnataka the rejection rate i.e false cases, at the police station level (the ‘B’ report that classifies a case as false) was 77% of total cases disposed off in 2009)
Is there any implementation on act for those situations to save innocent people from false cases?
Most of the sc sts are threatening other caste people by misusing the act. If it is found misused punishment should be very severe as they are giving false complaints.
Sir , i want to know about the sc person should keep money 50,000 on the case as surity a.or if a person as agreed in sc st case then what is the punishment to that person.

If we have a case like a GEN cat student took admission in college using fake SC certificate. To whom we can complain about this. I am also Gen but many students in my college are using fake certificate. Please advise.

I am a Principal working in Government Junior College in Warangal District, presently holding Full Additional Charge District Vocational Education Officer and monitoring the academic and administrative aspects of Government and Aided Junior Colleges in the District. Though the teaching and non teaching staff are post graduates and are in the sacred profession of teaching, instead of moulding the students into good citizens of tomorrow, indulge in petty quarrels which can be settled in the College itself, they (SCs/ STs) threaten their counter parts with this weapon. Recently I have come to know that there is some deposit ( a huge amount) to be paid in the Police Station along with two ot three witnesses. Is it true?
SCS MISUSE THE SC ST PEVENTION ACT. YESTERDAY ONE OF MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE COMPLAINED AGAINST MUNICIPAL COMMISSIONER OF SAMALKOT . THE COMMISSIONER MENTALLY DISTURBED AND DUE TO TENSION HE EXPIRED. THE GOVT. TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO FILE FALSE PETITIONS.
