@hkg Don’t get confused. By taking print out of the form before transferring, what do you want to do? You will be able to do nothing with those forms once you transfer those applicants. You are talking about 2015-16 benificiaries, right? Its still active in the portal now. You can revert back those applicants to your institution. Once the DPMU approves those, you will be able to take print out of the forms and upload in the portal for 2015-16. But even if you have taken the print out of the forms before transferring, as you think, you will not be able to upload those in the portal without reverting back to your institution. If the beneficiaries want to renew thier application from another institution, they can. Provide them the application id and DOB which you can still find in the portal. No complications will arise in the process.
