Sorry friend could not get you properly. If you have already passed b.ed then what is the necessity for study leave? However, b.ed degree from IGNOU is valid and one may get all facilities of a trained teacher (including increment) BUT for that you need PROPER PERMISSION (D.I. permission through M.C.). In your case I think you should sought for post-facto approval from D.I. and if you manage to get it you will get increment otherwise you may not get training facility. However we are waiting for your detailed post.
      Thanks

l have joined as a teacher in 2005.But i could not admitted in b.ed till 2010 due to insufficient seat in b.ed college. Then i joined in ignou b.ed on 2011-2012 session. At the time of admission,DI and HM said there is no need for DI permission because i do not hamper my duty. But some other district DI give permission for ignou b.ed. There is no clear instruction in DI office in this regard so i have confused about it. if i get study leave who will sanction this leave MC or Board. Plz share.

Your study leave will be sanctioned by the MC.

study leave , in this case, sanctioned by M.C. ; though has to be sent to board for approval.
