    RESPECTED SIR,
    I,Anindita Tarafdar,assistant teacher in geography(pass),from the last RLST(SER) i.e12th RLST in addl. vacancy.Before joining I qualify the M.Sc Part-I exam.in Geography from Vidyasagar University(Distance),Purba Midnapur,Study Centre :Gogmaya Devi College,Kolkata.Now I want to complete my Part-II exam. in this year.Can I get with pay leave during the exam. ? What is the rule? Give me the GO for this. What should be done ? Please help me sir.

    You are not entilted to get “with pay leave” as you are a pass category teacher. However, you may avail other kind of leave to sit for the exam such as C.L., COMMUTED LEAVE, WITHOUT PAY LEAVE, HALF PAY LEAVE. as your course is in distance mode you should not need many leaves.
