@ saij: See rule 5 of G.O. No. 134-SE(Pry)/55/Ped/PBSSM, dated 26/02/2009 here:https://wbxpress.com/duties-leave-rules/December 9, 2012 at 3:26 pm #75921AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
PARA TEACHER may enjoy 12 days CL for urgent necessity and 7 days leave on medical ground in an academic year.
If the span of service of the incumbent is less than one year , such leave shall be apportioned accordingly and it will be sanctioned by the Head of the Institution.
The medical leave shall not be accumulated for the next year.
135 days maternity leave may be enjoyed by the lady incumbent and it will be sanctioned by the MC for primary and upper primary respectively on production of medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Thank you.December 10, 2012 at 2:07 pm #75933AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
My question is ,the parateachers will do there duty in school for four days per week. They will not sign there attendance register for the remaining two days. Now how the C.L. or M.L. will be calculated. They will come to school how many days in an academic year. Let us consider the case. In an academic year there are 65 days as leave/vacation. 52 sundays. Therefore excluding that there are 365-(65+52)=248 days=41 weeks. If they come to school 4 days per week, they will have to attend the school for 41×4=164 days. Excluding the C.L. and M.L they will have to come for 164-(12+7)=145 days in an academic year. Am I right?December 10, 2012 at 3:20 pm #75937AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
4 days a week is not be considered for this case because they have specific duty on the other two days. Actually they are ON-Duty for those two days and most probably they have to maintain diary for that.(though the actual practice may be different).
Waiting fr others opinion.December 11, 2012 at 3:26 am #75939AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
Agree with b_roy.December 11, 2012 at 2:00 pm #75941AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
In attendance register there are no such scopes to write ON DUTY. I have just mentioned that how many days they have to attend the school. Actually I like to know, let us consider one of the para teachers take classes tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday in every week i.e. he sign the attendance register for those days. My question is, how his C.L. and M.L. will be calculated? Only for the above said days or monday and saturday will also be counted there?December 18, 2012 at 3:40 pm #76049AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
HM may write in place of Monday and Sat’day “Off Day”December 19, 2012 at 1:55 pm #76059AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
My question was about the C.L. and M.L. How it will be calculated?December 19, 2012 at 2:13 pm #76062AnonymousInactiveRe: Duties of para teachers in high Schools
If you put the ‘on duty’ cell as ‘off day’, then you have to count only (because holidays and sundays are indicated by red line) the blank cells starting from 1st Jan, put blank cells as: CL, CL,..12…, CL when CL will end then starts with ML, ML, …7…, ML up to 31st Dec.
