KeymasterThe Headmaster now keeps an eye upon the students through the monitor screen at his desk. He can also instruct the students by the Public Address System (Speaker) installed at the classroom. https://wbxpress.com/machine-replaced-teacher/

InactiveI personely wellcome such initiative made by the HM and his collegues with the collabration of MC, infact this should be made compulsory to all the schools by the dept. this will be helpfull both for the teachers and students. This will show a new way in the education as well as in the administration. As per normal norms the role of teacher is always questioned ignoring the misconduct of the student.
No one is standing by the teachers. when the students do the unsocial , unjustified activities at the schools then teacher feels themselves, helpless in the school as he can not give them even minor punishments. But when the same things happens at the board exam centres, colleges then they get punishment even arrested. The double rule and role is really unjustified. i am not saying only the students are responsible. the un effictiveness of the teacher may also be prevail but i am sure that it will definetely helpfull for the teachers also to make their modification in delivering the course. In overall, it will help in making a healthy , peacefull and more effective teaching-learning process.20.02.2012 at 2:59 pm #64615Anonymous
Inactivewell done….it’s very necessary & useful steps for modern education & class management. we, the teachers should encourage these types of equipments in our classroom. Govt should come forward & schools. I hope if every school thinks like that teaching learning process will be more enriched.

InactiveGood initiative, it improves not only discipline but it is useful to implement CCE and to share resource from other schools from India and abroad. Recently our school Management have installed CCTV system in our school, St. Anthony’s High School Galgibaga, Canacona Goa. Govt. must support the institutions at least with some grant for the installation and make compulsory for all the schools.
