ml rule for additional post

i joined a permanent post in march 2006 , next year in nov2007 i joined another school at additional post with service continuation and serve here till today . my question is when i able to get ml in this school ? from the very first day or after one year ? plz help me , thanks

1) According to the leave rules of addl. post, when the post will be permanent ,then you may enjoy your ML.
2) After retention/Permanent you will enjoy your M.L. Your previous M.L. will deposit in your Service Book as usual .
3) In case of promotion i.e. Clerk to Asst. Teacher or Asst. Teacher to H.M., your probation period may be relaxed for one year in your new place after considering by MC.

in case of urgency for ml what should i do? note;; i deposited gpf from very first month

MC may forward your ML application to DSE. DSE may sanction such leave only in extreme emergency. however, there is no relation of gpf subscription with the leave rules.
