teachers appointed at school having class v-viii/v-x are normal section teachers and teachers appointed only for HS section are not normal section teachers,actually posts are sanctioned as normal and hs section posts.only hons/pg are eligible for hs section,this year odl is only for normal section because all untrained teachers have to b trained within 2015 but this is not mandatory for hs section…………..otherwise all are teachers with no differences
