What should be the time of arrival and departure for para-teachers of school and madrasah.Is there any g.o.?

Respected Sir/Madam, There are no specific time of arrival.One of our para-teacher come almost everyday after 11.05 am.

That doesn’t mean that there is no specific time for para-teachers to arrive and depart!

Our H.M. told us that he can’t do anything as there are no specific G.O. ABOUT PARA_TEACHERS’ ARRIVAL.So,I need that G.O.

Siksha Bandhus work under S.I/A.I of respective circles.Do they have to attend Circle office daily ? Is there any specific G.O. regarding attendance of Siksha Bandhus?
