Pay Protection and Pay Continuation

i am an assistant teacher in govt aided school. i am in post graduate scale(pb-4 ,9000- 40500 ,gp- 4800,present basic 19080).i am serving in the school from last 7 years. recently i have been selected as si of schools through p.s.c of wb. scale of si (pb-4, 9000-40500, gp-4700, initial basic -16840).if i join in the post of si immediately i shall loss Rs 4700 . now question is –
can i get pay protection? if i get what is the procedure?
can i get service continuation? if i get what is the procedure?
can i get lien?Service continuation and pay protection are not allowed as it is a case of switching over from a non-govt. service to a govt. service. Lien cannot be granted too.

is there any g.o.? because some of the senior officers get both pay protection and service continuation. please share g.o regarding this. it is very urgent.
You may consult WBSR Part-I. Whether those sr. officers have joined govt. organisations from non-govt. organizations?

is si of school a higher post than a assistant teacher in high school.
SI is a Govt. servant while Asst. Teacher of an aided school is NOT a Govt. servant. SI is not comparable with Asst. Teacher.
